Ran over to the track to do 3xMile (Yep, I estimated an extra ~9 meters) @ threshold+. When I got there, a couple of thotties were walking/shuffling around the track and some other guy was just finishing up some 400's.

Can't say my legs felt the greatest, but I also won't be going quite this fast on Saturday. All good though. The hay is in the barn.
