Comments:
Short and relaxed run today. I'm feeling good. Thought about biking instead, but the hay is in the barn. Whatever my bike split is going to be on Saturday is already set; a 10 mile bike today wouldn't change anything but risk me for a crash or mechanical issue.

Just got to go for a shakeout swim tonight, then I'm gonna hit the hot tub and sauna and I'll be ready to go for my trek to Believeland tomorrow.
