Preferably Wed. Since race is Saturday..
Looking for a simple 5,4,3,2,1 workout.. with half rest
warm up with 10 min easy jog
So Run 5 min very moderate
2:30 jog
And so on down to 1 min.
This is just to keep legs fresh for race...
