Might Need to Change Shoes

Run #2 back from a full week off. Knees feel better, but legs still feel like absolute trash. Definitely have come to the conclusion that my shoes do not have enough to cushioning. I think that I got so used to Hokas that my body now needs the major support smh.

So still not feeling top-notch. Hopefully I can make a return to form by the time I run the Crim in 2 weeks.
