Am- 8 miles if have the time


Pm- if at run club... let’s take the first mile pretty easy and then see if you can get someone to push the next 3 miles pretty hard.

Anything in low 8’s or even sub 8’s would be ideal.
A lot will depend on if you are running with someone though...
