*been struggling to get back on schedule with the night race switch over and time away. been sleeping in lol. may skip the friday run or cut the mileage since i won't be able to run sunday

Very easy recovery run of 4 to 6 miles.
I’ll let you choose how you are feeling and if you want to call it at 4 or keep going..
