Comments:
first workout for me in a long while. team was doing 3x1:45 hills and then 15-30 min of tempo. I did the 1:45s flatish instead of on the hill to protect the achilles and then did 13 minutes of tempo. felt slow and legs really locked up a lot. felt overall really crappy
