Long day today. Ran repeat miles at xc practice. Felt good. Ran up the hill loop at Black Creek Park. I did 3 x 1 mile, 2 x 800 with 3:00 jog recovery. Goal was 6:00 pace. Ran 6:05, 6:01, 6:01, 2:58, 3:02.
