pretty tiring by the end. I felt fine on the tempos... but man is oxygen debt terrible. I havent done a workout in so long i dont remember what it was like. I felt liek I was dying within the first 200 meters of the intervals but felt fine as soon as they were over. I will be sure not to get into oxygen debt this weekend. Also, easy day tomorrow.
