**magical run day. i'm gonna say i think the time off helped..although i wasn't feeling great before i got sick so that could've been it...jogged between 100m things...only walked for a few secs at turnaround

Tuesday or wed.
Easy 45 min as we get back into things..
BUT
I woukd like 4x 100m sprints at the end of the run.
Very important and take as much rest as you need in between.
