Comments:
Hartley hill workout. 10x the Hartley loop (~650m) with 2' rest. Averaged just shy of 2:30 for each rep, gradually hitting negative splits, with the last couple around 2:15. Considering how destroyed I felt during the warmup this went really well! Just the kind of workout I needed to wake up my body after that long run.
