Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Shat three times today before my run. Thought I had gotten everything out before going outside, but ALAS just a half mile in there was that wonderful drop in the bowels. And of course, I THOT I could just muscle through it (smh) but I inevitably had to walk I hurt so much. I was moaning along with tears in my eyes hoping for an opening where I could dump my load when I happened upon a corn field. So I jumped into the stalks and did what I had to do. The crops were looking pretty poor; hopefully I helped them out.
Yesterday it was 86 degrees and today was 58 degrees. Ain't that some shit.
