Comments:
Ran the hill loop on tired legs. I love this run and I felt decent but I really was just not feeling the pace today. I felt relaxed throughout, but I'm obviously tired. I've been getting up early three times a week to do weights in addition to my usual core, and I think that adjustment is making me more tired because I lose about an hour of sleep for it on those days. Also, I've run nearly 45 miles over the course of four days which is insane considering the mileage I was doing just a month ago.
