Exercise Type: Run

Weather: sprinkly and overcast, really nice temps though

And i'm feeling good. (it was stuck in my head the whole cooldown)

pretty good workout, could have probably run the first couple a bit faster, but i'm starting to feel like i might be in reasonable shape. I think i'll attribute most of the success of the workout to the two big macs last night, i'd had a dream the night before about jack in the box and decided it had been too long since i'd had any fast food. (by the way i looked up the nearest jbx and it's in lenoir, nc 8hrs away, so if anyone is reading this and wants a harold and kumar experience, i'm all over it). 1:35, :36, :37, :34, :34, :32, :30, :28, :27, :28.
