at the hs

Comments:
workout was at the hs today. it was kind of complicated: first piece was 2 minutes cut-up, 6 minutes tempo, 2 minutes cut-up, then 5 min recovery, then 2min cut up, 4 min at 6k, 2 min cut down, then 4 min recovery, 3 min at goal 5k, 2 min recovery, 3 min, first half at goal 5k, second half kick. my breathing didnt feel great and my legs were tired but it wasn't too bad. did the first piece with emma and Adrienne, then was a bit behind them on the second, and the last two were with them. left quad still hurting/sore.

in other news, I felt like myself again today for the first time in weeks and it was so wonderful.
