Comments:
workout was 2 miles alternating 400 at 5k and 400 at tempo and then 4x400 at 3k. 2 miles felt pretty good. did the whole thing with emma and we would do between 1:43 and 1:45 for the tempo and like 1:36-1:37 for the 5k. our 3k 400s started out too fast and then we tried to slow ourselves down: 1:26, 1:28, 1:32, 1:26. Overall a dece workout and the lesat dizzy I felt all day
