At run club or on own...

Run 2 miles moderate...

Run .5 miles easy to catch breath and recover..

Run 2 miles faster if feeling good

Cooldown miles as you feel.

So main idea is to get some harder pushes in on certain miles of the run...

Ideally that fast two miles towards the end should be your fastest...
