Not sure if you have a window, but today or tomorrow or would be cool to get a 5k specific workout in. Figured I’d put it in and see if you can fit it in.

ok.. did this... and then at the end caught up with my daughter. she sprinted ahead up hill...I was trying to chase her down (5:30 pace/sprint)... pulled something in right leg...ouch... she kicked my ass.

Hopefully will recover quickly... will see where I am on thursday.


Warm up 1 to 2 miles easy

Run .5 miles fast
Jog .1 miles
Run .4 miles fast
Jog .1
Run .3
Jog .1
Run .2
Jog .1
Run .1
Jog .1

Repeat this two mike set once for a total of 4 miles of fast/slow running.
I know this is a lot of thinking but this can really help with speed and endurance if done thecright way!!!

Cooldown 1 mile easy if have the time!!
