snow!

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
it snowed about 6 inches last night so we went out for a snowy trail run! ran with Janelle and Hannah G on stone hill and stopped a lot for snowball fights and pics. it was really beautiful and nice to be outside. we were gonna go to cluett but we made a wrong turn so we didn't end up making it. lots of fun.

after, a lift:
DB curl and press- 3x10 with 20lbs
push-ups 3x15
burpees 3x10
squat 3x15, first two with just barbell, and third set with more weight added
band walks
bent row, 3x 15 with 12.5 lbs
