Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran a Park with Rod, Abe, Frye, Whamz, Oscar, and maybe one or two others but I forget who--I was talking with Abe for most of the run which was nice. It was disgustingly muddy, but I still didn't get as muddy as yesterday! Was a fun run... Tom divided us into workout groups today, and I'm in group "A." This means that my workout is on Friday (if I remember correctly). It also means that tomorrow, we have a "steady state" run, which Tom said is supposed to be 45-60 seconds faster pace than a normal run. We're supposed to do 6 miles of that which should be fun. I finally get to utilize running-log's steady state function!! Exciting times.
Strength: 2 sets of 30 second 6 inch raises, pushups, and single leg bridges.
