Going steady

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Tempo loop and some more with Nico, Whamz, the Granola Prince, and Oscar. Felt great doing the steady state for six miles. We built into it for the first mile, and then the next five were all around 6:50s. After that, Nico and I did 1k on the track, striding the curves and jogging the straights. Tom wanted us to do this to get used to running on an indoor track. Our first meet is on the 8th(?). I have no idea what I'll be running for the rest of the year, but I'm really looking forward to finding out!!

Strength: Abe somehow convinced me to do 1:30 planks instead of 1:15 which sucked so much more for some reason. Pll after. Also did pushups, clams with a resistance band, and lunges.
