Comments:
ok..figured I would try a slow run.. did it, and yes it was very slow (10:50 pace). Good news.. did not feel tightness in right leg. Bad news.. 10:50 pace felt fast.
Will do a few more "test" runs.. make sure everything is stable...
...good news though
