Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Long run on Saturday because I'm skiing on Sunday. Did 18.25. Ran the first 10.5 with Dan. Ran along the train track to the waterfront. Turned and hit the bike path to Leddy Park. Stopped at the house to shed a layer + hats and gloves. Added 40 minutes on Songbird and back.
