Comments:
This can be done e Sunday or Monday.
Turn pace off.
Run for 45 min.
Throughout run, pickup the pace a bit for 1 min. Every 6th min.

did 8 at 10:30 pace... not sure I can do pace yet
So run easily 5 min. Pickup pace slightly from 5 to 6.
Run easy 5 min. , pick up pace from 11 to 12th min.
And so on... until you hit 45.
