Comments:
While I was waiting around for Zwatty, I ran a few on my own and then with Ben. Warmed up a little quick but oh well. Once Zwatty arrived I did another mile and then did a 400 type workout. While he did repeat miles I did the First and Last lap of each mile. Pace was about 1:16 per lap. He quit after 2 and 1/4 because his stomach hurt. I only ended up doing 5 400s with about 3:30 start to start.
