Comments:
Still recovering so Tom wanted me to take an easy day again, this time up to 5 miles. Ran on the trail and around campus on the road. Felt kind of crappy to start, but got better as the run went on. Finished up during the sunset on the track while some guys did their workouts. Did some core after.
