With Kaleb. Went to the OSU track and got kicked off by the soccer team at the start of the 2nd repeat. Went to the 600m "Fast Bowl" across the street to do 3x1200, 600 with 3 minutes recovery. Still a good workout. Spikes definitely helped me to stay with Kaleb
