Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
With Rod, Nathan, and Coach Greg Morgan. Calf hurt like hell, I think it's strained. I rolled a lot afterward, stretched it out, and even got a nice massage from Simon. But walking around, it still hurts. I don't know if I'll run tomorrow, even though Tom told me to (and avoid hills). It'll be a game-time decision. I know I shouldn't run if it hurts to walk. It's totally muscular though so if I rest up for a day or two I think it'll get better.
