Weather: beauuuuuutiful

Comments:
went out really slow and feeling like i needed another recovery run--even after going slow last night--and music wasn't making we speed up at all. but after a few miles i started gradually feeling better and i think my pace on the way back was pretty quick.
p.s. black raspberry chip ice cream is da shiiiiiit
