Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was rather discouraged that this run wasn't faster. I had intended for it to be both a tempo and reality check on how fast I could run the Split Half Marathon in 10 days. Looks like I'm way off my PR of sub-1:20. I'll be lucky if I break 1:30. Am I just old or am I still not in shape after all these weeks? Felt pretty tired on the way back.
