Comments:
Raced for the first time since November! Although it didn't feel like a fast race, I was just so happy to be back on the track again. After barely running for the past 4 months, running around the STA track felt like a breath of fresh air. The racing part was okay. I definitely could have pushed myself more at the end... but I wanted to make sure I kept it closer to a workout than a race. Currently really sore, and my left foot hurts. On the upside my hips didn't feel too terrible.
