Tempo-Fartlek-Long Run

This run came in two pieces because I stopped in the middle to rent a car, drove it home, and then went out the same way I'd come (the car is to go skiing tomorrow). Despite the 75-minute intermission, I'm still gonna call this one run, since my legs didn't get all the much time to really recover. I did a workout in the second half ending just before I reached home:

15-minute tempo + 2 min hard at the end.
4 x 4min w/ 90-second recovery (originally 120 sec but then I shortened it)
2 x 2min w/ 60-second recoveries

On the whole, it wasn't as hard as I would have liked but its difficult to push yourself all alone on a Fartlek, especially when you're already run 14 miles.

I did manage to keep the whole thing pretty flat, going out the Tranzit and coming back along the main boulevard and Wilsona.
