Comments:
Ran down Wisconsin in the direction of Cactus with Hailey, Amanda, and Isabelle at a very slow pace.
Knee felt pretty good! Calves were tight so I stretched @ stoplights Made sure to stretch SUPER well and do some extra stretches and rolling when I got back from practice.
I'm going to take tomorrow off because I'll be on a plane and see how I feel.
