aqua jogging.

Exercise Type: Swim

Weather: we were inside.

Comments:
Since my back has been in pain, coach had me aqua jog. I did a workout with jarred in the pool.
I'm not exactly sure how to document this down there, but we did a 5 minute warm up. Then we did 6x2:30hard with 30 seconds rest. After that I did an easy cool down with lani, mattea, amanda and jarred until we were in the pool for an hour.
