Biked again because shins were hurting just standing still boo hoo. Was not happy about it. It was pretty sad as usual, but I hung out with Sophia which made it a lot better. Just did 25 mins and then we walked a lap around the block because we wanted to get outside and enjoy the weather and gorgeous azaleas.
