Comments:
Went to the back side of park to hit the rolling hills, plus do 10x “stair charges” (~150m of steps up a hillside) ... Felt strong and was good to tax the legs a bit. Finished with super easy 2x backside of park (road ... 1/2mi 250’ climb ... last half at 15%). Good strength day!
