Comments:
Easy 4 with Jessica. Felt quick but these night runs are never as fast as you think. I'm not going to log the timed on my easy runs because I don't want to feel like I need to hit a time. I'll keep going easy this week then start clicking off 30 miles a week through the holidays. I'm definitely going to do Vermont City marathon in May.
