Comments:
Ok. Ran to Canal and was a little clanky and warm. Ran after a nap, 2 hours of ironing and the World Cup win, so maybe the lethargy of the AM had something to do with it. Saw a couple of leaves fall in front of me over the course of the run. Smells like fall! (Or not)

Ran 20 miles this week. I'd like to do a flexible 25 next week in 5 days and then hold there for a couple of weeks. I'll add a 6th day at some point before vacation in the middle of august and then when I get back before school, I'll think about going above my high school average of 30 mile weeks.
