First lap a little to fast but at a good pace 68 sec
second lap felt a little fatigue but not bad
third lap i thought i was going to go crazy
4-6 dont really remeber.
7th lap all i remeber is that 200 in Korn Coming undone came on to my zune and a sped up some
8 was an all out push of what i had left still was 50 meters short of 2 miles when i hit 12 minutes

Epilogue: Had hick-ups and was coughing all night
