Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
After my stressful run 2 days ago I was pretty worried to attempt 4 miles today.
I went to the doctor this morning and confirmed that I don't have tendonitis (YES!). I got a hot little laser on my foot to reduce some inflammation which felt better right away.
Ran to battery Kimble and back. I then extended so I could hit a perfect 4 miles.
I hope my training continues to progress like this. Coach Jay's running plan has been pretty specific (but still really low mileage for me), and I'm hoping that I can follow it diligently without any more bumps in the road.
