Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran in the evening. I tried my best to run slower than the last few runs. Every time I felt myself going faster I slowed it down. Clearly I wasn't successful in doing that. But I still felt smooth and under control. Getting in decent aerobic shape. Just need to make sure I still take it slow and don't overdo it.
