Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran up the mountain. Got to the Shinkansen construction zone.
Warm up routine (high knees, butt kickers etc.)
The big 5 (5x push ups, crunches, squats…4x,3x,2x,1x FINISH)
Ankle strengtheners
Stretched my akeles tendon
Ran home.
I haven’t run hills in humidity in a long time. I was tired. The dynamic exercises felt good.
*Haven’t recorded my runs for a long time. Not because I haven’t been running…I just got tired of recording them. Now I’m recording a bit more.
