Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Nice cool early afternoon

Comments:
The run was difficult in the begining, my warmup didn't prepare me for a nice long morning of running. Although when I got 2 or 3 miles in I felt good, and stayed that way until I got near the end and knew that the end was near. That made me think of ending my run, and I tried to think beyond the end, but I started thinking about food, about what I was going to do for the rest of the day, etc. I also wanted to go to the bathroom. Anyways It was a good run, decent time nice loop. Good weather, nothing to really complain about, except that I now have to stretch!
