Comments:
7 miles at XC practice. 1.5 mile warm up then 6 x 3:00, 1 x 400 meters. During the 3:00 I ran my 800's in 2:52, 2:52, 2:51, 2:51, 2:50, 2:50 and my 400 in 82. Felt pretty easy with a good effort. 1 mile cool down.
