Bike home with extension

Team was doing long runs today so I had to add on at the end. Got home in around 27 minutes and was a bit dead after going just under 20mph to keep up with traffic for a solid 10 mins of the ride. That and the massive 3 minute long hill where I can literally go a maximum of 4mph combined for sore quads. So I put my school stuff inside, got some water, and headed back out again. My plan was originally to do 50 mins in total but once I hit 50 I thought, what harm could 10 extra do. Went all the way up Sligo creek trail and then down some before turning back and finishing the ride on our streets massive hill.
Quads were tired but I managed to keep the Heart rate around 150 most of the ride.
