Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Run between 9.0 and 10.2 mph. The left knee was in pain during the second half of the run. I had to cut is 0.5 miles short. I will start to stretch/strengthen the hamstrings. I am also feeling sore and weak. This is definitely a case of Overtraining Syndrome.
