Comments:
We went to AU today for a track workout. I was with Annie and Abby, the toll roads for the day since Ella was with another group. We combined with the routes because we had a pretty small group and they had about the same target times as us. Our target times were 3:05-3:10. We started the workout and I tucked in behind Nathanial who was aiming for a 3:00. I decided if I felt good I would just run with him, which I did. I ran with him for 4 until it was just me and Annie who did 5. I felt good during the workout except I have been feeling kinda sick since Friday, just a slightly more aggressive form of my usual allergies so it’s not a big deal. I, once again, wasn’t sure the speed of a 3:00 minute 800 so I latched onto people around me. My splits were,
1st: 3:00
2nd: 3:00
3rd: 3:05
4th: 3:04
5th: 2:58

Fun workout overall, my goal in the first four were to be able to read the words in the back of Nathaniel’s shirt the whole time, so that was fun. Annie and I high fived a few times during the workout which makes it very fun, since we were running next to each other almost the whole time.
