Weather: hot and hot

Comments:
did NOT feel good before the warmup today. I think I'm getting a sinus infection and am slightly dehydrated because I lost my water bottle for two hours today. But, I spoke to Miles who said to try it and see how it goes. Well, I ended up feeling much better after warming up so I decided not to hold back and hope my body could figure itself out. We were doing 1600-1200-800-400 with 400 jog in between which seemed very hard. Oh i just realized i had never done more than an 800 in a workout like this, exciting!! anyway, I was with Annie and Abby. The 1600 was very hard especially on the third lap, I think miles said that was our fastest so I guess that makes sense. But it was definitely hard to keep focus on pushing because there was so much to think about, how was my breathing? do I have to blow my nose? that looks like a big hill, wow I almost just slipped on that stump, wait where is the cone? yeah definitely was not very focused on the 1600 and 1200 at least. For the 800 I went out feeling good for that first 400 but then halfway through the 2nd lap I did not feel very good but by then it was easy to just push down the hill to the tree. After that 800 we took out cooldown jog over to the water fountain per my request and I peed in the porta-potty. The 400 felt very good, I definitely concentrated on running harder on that one, which was easier to do since it was so much shorter than the rest. After that, I felt good and Anthony told us to do one more. So we did and that one felt good too. Afterward, I still was feeling good and not too tired so Annie and I decided to hop in a group and do one more 400. That one felt good as well, I felt faster in those 400 which was nice. Then after that, I was tired and we jogged back to school. Hard workout but might be my favorite so far I think, minus the weather and sickness.
