Forced myself to go for a workout because I wasn't able to do one on Friday. I couldn't do the prescribed workout of 45 mins easy and then 45 mins tempo because of lack of time so I got inventive. It was getting late and the sun was setting so I couldn't go far from my house so I decided to hit the hills. Did a loop around my neighborhood where I essentially go up and down the hill on my street and up and down the hill of the street that runs parallel to mine. Each loop would take me about 3 minutes. After every 5 loops I would take a 3 minute cool down. So in total I did 13 loops for a total of 26 hills and 800ft of elevation.
The breathing was really hard for some reason (probably haven't adjusted to cold. Legs didn't hurt to bad and overall I would call it a medium effort workout.
