Comments:
Hills session: 0.65 mile easy warmup + 0.35 mile sprint. Then 0.5 miles uphill (4%) at marathon pace (7:41) followed by walk and jog to HR under 100 bps.
After 2 repeats, shin pain was imminent. Cut slope to 3% (2 repeats) and (2% last repeat). Jogged to complete 1hr / 6.5 miles
